Memoire Halepa

The Memoire Halepa Guest House is a unique 100 sq.m. residence that, while appearing semi-basement, is actually a ground-level home with a private entrance, surrounded by a lush, small garden. Guests enter through a secure main door equipped with both a key and an electronic card system, while the property is monitored by external surveillance cameras for enhanced safety. Additionally, fire detection and suppression systems provide extra peace of mind.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a long, elegantly wood-paneled corridor that leads to two beautifully designed bedrooms. The residence features two separate entrances: the main one facing the museum and a secondary one that opens onto the garden, offering direct access to a main road and the seafront area of Honolulu. This road connects to the coastal area of Koum Kapi and the historic Venetian Harbor of Chania. Private parking is available for guests.

For those who love exploring, the property also offers two mountain bikes, ideal for short rides around the picturesque Halepa neighborhood or the enchanting Venetian Harbor of Chania, available upon request and free of charge.
The house boasts a central air conditioning system with independent controls for each room, along with underfloor heating throughout the residence.

Bedroom 1:

Features a spacious double bed (1.60m wide and 2m long) with a thick, comfortable mattress (34cm thick, including a 5cm topper), bedside tables, and a TV.
It has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet and shower, along with a built-in adjustable ambient ceiling light.
Full wardrobes, blackout curtains for complete darkness, a safe, and a view of the entrance garden ensure comfort and convenience. Abundant natural light enters through the atrium.

Bedroom 2:

Also equipped with a large double bed (1.60m wide and 2m long) with a thick mattress, bedside tables, a TV, adjustable ceiling lighting, full wardrobes, a safe, and blackout curtains.
This room, too, overlooks the garden with ample natural light streaming in through the atrium.

A second bathroom, accessible from the main hallway, features a toilet and shower. This area also includes a small storage room housing the washer, dryer, and a linen closet with cleaning supplies.

A spacious, open-plan living area combines a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space for six.
The kitchen is fitted with a stove, oven, refrigerator with a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso and filter coffee machines, and a stylish island with a modern extractor hood.
The living area features a large, cozy sofa, a coffee table, and a 55-inch smart TV. The entire space benefits from abundant natural light, thanks to large glass sliding doors with screens, offering a seamless view of the private garden and pool area.
Integrated Bluetooth ceiling speakers and adjustable ambient lighting enhance the atmosphere.

A covered terrace, suitable for use year-round, is furnished with an outdoor dining table for six, four comfortable chairs, and a cozy bench with a plush cushion, which can also serve as a sunbed by the pool.
A private, secluded pool (6.5m x 3.5m, 21 sq.m., 1.4m deep) features a waterfall, two tall decorative palm trees, perimeter planting, and beautiful evening lighting. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional daily fee.
Four comfortable sun loungers are positioned on a wooden deck among the palm trees, providing a perfect spot for relaxation. An outdoor shower with hot water adds to the convenience.
